It has been a very long journey. A journey of discovery trying to unveil the motifs in designs and believes of past empires. We have walked from centuries to millenniums to try to bring back from the past the essence of the work of long-lost craftsmen that dedicated their lives to bring beauty and luxury to the royal houses of kings and queens that still evoke our imagination in our dreams.

We have travelled from the sands of Egypt, though out the civilizations of the Mediterranean and the mysticism of India. We wanted to explore, not only their way of understanding the world that surrounded them, but also they way the saw and described the luxury that made them reach their Gods.

The Civilizations collection is nothing but a brief glimpse at where we come from. At moments and places where our history was struggling to survive at its most elegance and privileged moments in civilizations and empires that still resound in our dreams and minds.
